Brian Troglia
Brian has over 20 years of legal experience in general corporate law, private investments, and corporate/capital structuring, as well as a depth of expertise in the restaurant and hospitality industries. If you can’t find Brian at the office or at home with his wife and daughters, you can most likely find him at Mariano’s buying a roasted chicken, as he literally lives off them as one of his only dietary staples.

Josh Kaplan - Of Counsel
Josh is an attorney by trade, a manager by practice, and an entrepreneur at heart, who brings a breadth of legal expertise and experience in corporate and entertainment law to the TK team. A Minneapolis to Chicago transplant via University of Wisconsin-Madison, Josh spends his free time with his wife and kids, growing facial hair, and channeling his inner hillbilly as he attempts to play the banjo (terribly we might add).

Dan Rubinow
Daniel has close to 20 years of experience working on the legal side of business licensing and hospitality. He started his career working for Chicago's Law Department enforcing the City's maze of licensing ordinances before leaving to assist and advise dozens of clients with licensing, permitting, enforcement defense, licensed entity acquisitions, and real estate transactions. When he's not working, Daniel is busy with his wife wrangling his children.

Jordan Matyas - Of Counsel
Jordan is an attorney that focuses his time on administrative law, in addition he is a registered state and local lobbyist. After 20 years working in and around government Jordan now works with clients to navigate government. A majority of his work focuses on working with city, county and state agencies regarding professional licensure and compliance, building and land use, government investigations, and government procurement. Outside of work, Jordan is on the board of the Old Town Triangle Association and Illinois English Bulldog Rescue.
